We do not charge any upfront fees and work on a no-win no-fee basis i.e. only if we recover compensation, will we charge you a fee. Our fee will be 25% + VAT (i.e. 30%) of any compensation we recover on your behalf. If you withdraw from a claim agreement once begun, we reserve the right to charge a fee for the time worked based on an hourly rate.
